flashfix is a Berlin based bike service company that turns the service process on its head. We travel to customers with mobile bike repair shops and perform maintenance & service directly at the customer's home, office or any other desired location.

Our mission is to make bicycle repair as easy and enjoyable as possible for customers, thus extending the life of bicycles on the road in the long term. We offer our customers convenient and environmentally friendly on-site repair of bicycles, e-bikes and cargo bikes.

About the position

As a full-time workshop supervisor, you will have the following responsibilities with us:

• You ensure that the repairs of our mechanics are carried out to the highest standard
• You have first experiences in the training and guidance of employees and trainees
• You ensure that all customer appointments are carried out in a punctual and friendly manner and take on the most difficult repairs yourself
• You keep an eye on team planning and order parts with foresight
• You are an essential part of our team and contribute your ideas to optimize the business

About you

As a workshop supervisor you bring with you:

• You are a nice person
• Have best bike repair skills and experience in the marketplace
• Ability to teach and share your knowledge
• Experience in planning and motivating a team
• Experience with accident prevention regulations and instruction on service bikes would be a nice extra
• You have organizational skills and enjoy working thoroughly
• You also have experience with ordering spare parts well in advance
• And you have good knowledge of German and/or English
